I am a figment of temporary fancy
A singing swan, a Child of Lir in flight.
I'm a fiftyish DC area native, a writer of poetry, LARPy bits, and the occasional prose, a Polytheistic Pagan, a minister to my 'tribe of choice', an amateur occultist and armchair archaeologist, student of things Celtic... the list could go on and on. I live with Monster Alice (my wonderful and scary wife) as well as two cats and two dogs, in a small house that is apparently mostly made of books and craft supplies and looks like a flea market with pet hair.
I'm a software designer, DBA, Sysadmin and general guru and icon of fear at where I work. However, my ideal career would be a combination of the jobs of Peter Beresford Ellis, Kent Weeks, Robin Williamson, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Captain Nemo. Like Buckaroo Banzai, but with more books and less brain surgery.
