I don't usually do this, but it's been too amusing to skip:

Ever wanted to ask any of my characters a question? Got anything on your mind you'd like to say to me without IC reprecussion?

Post a comment with one or more questions or comments for a LARP/TT character/NPC of mine.

The responses will be IC but will not be fair game for further RP.

Rana, to Miklos: Oh love... if you could see the messes I've gotten myself into... you'd laugh and laugh... It's all the bird's fault... really!

Laugh, yes, my love... but commiserate, too. And yell at Ra'Venn- it all really is his fault... it always has been.

Archie - why didn't you tell me before you announced it to the world?

Papa Legba - it is not my fault, these hurricans, I do not like the dead in my waters. I have been paying attention, now get your sons and daughters to stop playing so fierce with the winds

Kens: Is isn't his fault. He asked me in front of my sisters, and they annouced it right away... we never meant to exclude you... [looks distressed]

Kendall- it took me this long to nerve myself up, I had to seize the moment. Then (as Sara said) it was taken out of my hands. I'm sorry.

What makes you think I think it's your fault. I don't even think it's Dantor's fault, or Oya's. Why do you think anyone would send a hurricane just to get someone's attention? Hurricanes are a fact of the world. It is people I am concerned with... no one listens to anyone anymore.

Ah yeah but the blame for the tsuanmi last year it was laid at my door, now we have these rains and wind stiring things from my seas. These people better start a listenin' and helpin' each other else maybe I will have to drown them all. There was fire burning on the waters after all, why they no listen to that?

Mr. MacDonald -
Have you ever considered that the mystical is simply science we don't understand yet?
-Jones

Yes, all the time. Or, more precisely, that the mystical and the scientific are two different ways of looking at the actual truth, which is something beyond both methods to fully describe. Beyond any human capacity to fully understand, actually... at least while in the material.

Science rejects the mystical; the converse isn't always true. The principles I and others in my tradition operate under are as logical as any science... there seems to be a lot of resonance between magick and what little I know of modern physics...

"Our method is science, our aim is religion." I'm no disciple of Crowley's, but he did have a great way of summing things up sometimes...

Mr. MacDonald -
Could you please, briefly, try that again, using smaller words that I am already familiar with.

(more seriously) And I never intended to start a battle. While my words likely carry less weight than your so-very-threatening sister-in-law, I can finish what is started.

Halfdan -
I sacrificed my honor to help the village regain theirs. I hope, in time, that will have value to you, and add weight to the fact that my words are sincere.

Could you please, briefly, try that again, using smaller words that I am already familiar with.

Err, to what are you referring? My answer to Mrs. Jones? Something else?

(more seriously) And I never intended to start a battle. While my words likely carry less weight than your so-very-threatening sister-in-law, I can finish what is started.

Once again, I'm confused. Battle? Other than Kendall's general sparring with anything that comes across her path (and I have no control over that), I'm not sure what you could be referring to.

Sorry, it's been a trying few days. I imagine you'll agree.

The worth or weight of what you've won by this sacrifice- in some part, that is yours to say. But I will say this- when another treads on your honor, one does what must be done to restore it. So far as I have seen, you have kept to that. *That* carries weight with me.

And that gives some ease to my thoughts. It troubled me to think that I was wrong in what I first saw in you. Now I have less cause to doubt my seeing.

But- the wise say to judge a day at its ending. So I think one should judge a tale. And so I wait.

Maggie to Dacre - ::blink::blink:: "Did you say something?"

::lifted eyebrow:: Why? Did you hear something?
